OM SAI TELECOM provides business communication services including transactional, promotional, and informational messaging through WhatsApp Official API and RCS channels. We act as a facilitation and integration service provider and do not control telecom networks or third-party platforms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into contracts under Indian law to use our services. Businesses must be legally registered in India.

Account Registration

User Responsibilities

Payment & Billing Terms

Subscription Renewal & Termination

Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled. OM SAI TELECOM may suspend or terminate services for policy violations, non-payment, or regulatory requirements without liability.

Use of WhatsApp Official API & RCS

Users acknowledge that WhatsApp and RCS services are governed by Meta and Google policies. OM SAI TELECOM only provides access facilitation and shall not be responsible for platform-level restrictions, suspensions, or outages.

Message Delivery & Compliance Policy

Message delivery is dependent on network availability, user device status, and third-party platforms. OM SAI TELECOM does not guarantee delivery, read receipts, or response rates.
